Conway C. Martindale II has aggressively and effectively represented thousands of clients throughout the greater New York City area. His no-nonsense approach to advocacy has earned him the admiration of his clients and peers, while gaining the attention and respect of his adversaries.
A Bronx native, Conway C. Martindale II attended the prestigious Howard University, while majoring in Political Science, and minoring in Criminal Justice. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree at Howard, he went on to CUNY School of Law.
After graduating law school, he joined the Legal Aid Society of New York; briefly at the Parole Revocation Defense Unit division of the Legal Aid Society and then their Criminal Defense Division. While there, he represented hundreds of clients, fighting aggressively for their interests until his departure to open his own law office, Martindale & Associates, PLLC, eventually partnering up with his friend and colleague, Rafael Muniz, to launch Martindale & Muniz, PLLC.
Despite his days at The Legal Aid Society being long past, Mr. Martindale has maintained his same brand of zealous advocacy for his clients. His cases have appeared in The Daily News, New York Post and Bronx 12 News.
Mr. Martindale is a member of the Bronx Bar Association, New York County Lawyer’s Association, and the Metropolitan Black Bar Association, while being an active member in the community, assisting in numerous charitable organizations. In addition, he is also admitted to practice law in the Eastern and Southern District Federal Courts of New York, as well as the District of Connecticut Federal Courts.
